Snippets of some things I've been reflecting on during these past months:
🫂 Relationships. Deep Connections. It's Everything.
In a world that's becoming increasingly digital, the more connected we are, the more disconnected we are.
The technology that allows us to connect with people who live on the other side of the planet is also, to some degree, disconnecting us from the people we are closest to.
People are obsessed with their screens, either focused on their online presence or busy consuming all the content they can devour.
We are getting more shy and more introverted. Mental health has declined over the last few years, and I don't see that curve increasing anytime soon.
If I thought Bro Retreats was needed last year, it has 10x folded this year.
More social and less media. More get-togethers, face-to-face, and less randomly texting each other or sending funny memes.
🪦 Memento Mori: Our Time Here is Limited.
Never have I reflected and thought so much about my own mortality. Time flies and will never come back. Our life is a tiny little fart in outer space, barely even that. We are here for such a brief period of time, at least in this body and this life.
Do you live a life true to yourself? Do you live out your full potential?
That's my biggest fear in life: To die and not see and experience what I'm truly capable of doing here in life. A scary thought that haunts me.
🌍 My Truth.
My truth is not THE truth, and my truth is not your truth. We all perceive and understand things slightly or very differently. I will always respect other people's truth because, in the end, you are allowed to believe in whatever you want to believe in.

Life is a disco ball with many facades; where we stand determines what light we see. Wisdom starts to grow if we can zoom out to see more facades.
